CulturARTE

CultuARTE is an arts center that provides a unique opportunity for the city of Lexington to embrace diversity as it attracts people of different nationalities who come together to share their art. Currently, it is the home of the Bluegrass Youth Ballet. The facility includes three dance studios with sprung floors and high ceilings, a boutique, an art studio, two music rooms, a play area for children, a waiting area and library for adults, numberous offices, a lounge with a kitchen, a sweing room and a storage room that has ample space for sets and prop construction.

Kentucky Classical Theatre Conservatory

Designed to keep Shakespeare and outdoor theatre alive and well in Lexington, the Kentucky Classical Theatre Conservatory and SummerFest represent a collaboration of civic, cultural and educational leaders. Music Institute of Lexington

Music Intitute of Lexington (MIL) students receive individual and group instruction in piano, guitar, strings, woodwinds, brass, percussion and voice. MIL also offers an early childhood curriculum. Transylvania University Division of Fine Arts

The Transylvania University Division of Fine Arts contains three acdademic programs: Music, Art and Theatre. It is home to the Morlan Gallery and offers free public performances presented on a regular basis in three performance venues: the Little Theater, the Carrick Theater and Haggin Auditorium.
