ArtsPlace is a 1904 Beaux Arts Classical building owned by the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government and subleased to LexArts.  LexArts, in turn, sub-subleases office and studio space to the following permanent tenants:

  • The Center for Old Music in the New World
  • Central Kentucky Youth Orchestras
  • CitizensCREATE!
  • The Lexington Ballet Company
  • The Lexington Chamber Chorale
  • The Lexington Philharmonic Orchestra
  • Southwind Drum and Bugle Corps

LexArts also offers per-use rental space to member groups, private groups and individuals.

The aesthetic qualities and urban convenience of ArtsPlace make it the perfect spot for private receptions, corporate meetings and gala affairs.
